Board Members Suzanne Elshult and Sally Olsen recently presented at the 79th Annual Meeting of the Northwest Anthropological Conference being held in conjunction with the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Alaska Anthropological Association in Bellingham, WA on March 25 - 28, 2026.

Thanks to our generous donors, we were recently able to purchase an Emlid Reach RX2.  This system is a real time kinematic GNSS/GPS capable of centimeter-level accuracy to record detection alerts and relevant field observations.  This level of precision can be especially valuable when a project requires integration with archaeological grids, GIS layers, future ground-truthing, or repeat visits by other specialists.
